In 2001 RiRa's Irish Pub teamed up with our Foundation to help us raise money for our Foundation. The reason we jump in every year on St. Patrick's Day was the morning of St. Patrick's Day the RiRa's cooks decided to go jump in the ocean once they had ended their shift, which was almost morning for a lot of people! So we kept tradition to jump in every St. Patrick's Day morning at 5:30! This have evolved into a tradition for a lot of people, we see a lot of the same faces with new ones added every year! This event is our Foundations biggest fundraiser of the year, it helps fund our Fire and Ice Burn Camp as well as providing funds to assist people here in the state of Maine who a suffering from Burn injuries and need assistance!
